We're just hours away from our Day at the Capital, which is now coming at a critical time in the legislative debates.
We've tried to keep you apprised about the developments on SB 5410. While great progress has been made, some last minute issues have emerged, making meetings with your legislators even more important than ever.
On Thursday, the House Ways and Means Committee held a hearing on SB5410. Members of that committee are considering whether to vote to keep the SB5410 language as it came from the House Education Committee, change it
back to the way it was written in the Senate, or to write new language to vote on either Saturday or, more likely, on Monday when we’re all there.
